Terms of Service

By accessing or using SabiQuiz you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. The service is intended for people who are at least 13 years old.

We offer Free, Educator, Pro and Team plans. Educator, Pro and Team are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from your Profile settings; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. The first payment on any paid plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of paying and we refund that payment in full, with no questions, once per customer. A full refund ends the plan; nothing you created is deleted. Renewals are not refundable, which is why we email you before each one. We do not refund partial periods after the first 14 days. If the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, that right is not affected by these terms.

Day Pass. A Day Pass is a one-time payment, not a subscription. It gives the paid features for 24 hours from the moment you pay, and does not renew. It starts immediately, and by buying it you ask us to start it immediately. If you have not used it (you have not hosted a game or made an AI quiz while it was running), ask within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full, which ends it. Once it has been used it is not refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise. A Day Pass is for an account on the Free plan; it is not sold to a paid plan.

You keep ownership of any questions or content you create yourself. Content produced by SabiQuiz's AI is provided for your educational and entertainment use, and you may use it commercially — in paid workshops, for example — while you hold an active Educator, Pro or Team subscription, or while a Day Pass is running. AI output can be wrong: you are responsible for checking a generated quiz before you put it in front of an audience. If you make a quiz from a document, you confirm you have the right to use its content for that purpose, and you should not include confidential or personal information in it. The same applies to a photo of notes, which is sent to an AI provider to be read: only photograph material you have the right to use, and not people.

Pictures. You can add a picture to a question. By doing so you confirm that you made it or have the right to use it, that it is not unlawful, and that it does not show a person who has not agreed to it, and you give us permission to store it and to show it to the people who play that quiz. You are responsible for it. We may remove a picture that breaks these terms, or that someone reports, without notice. Anyone who has the address of a picture can see it, so do not add one that is private.

You may not use the platform to generate illegal, harmful or abusive content. Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, or to circumvent plan limits or rate limits, will result in immediate termination of service.
